83 Years old woman, arthritic varus knee,   with articular instability
  X-Rays : ostheophytosis, varus deviation of the axis femuro-tibial and loss of medial part of the joint
    in lateral projection are seen the signs of arthritis and periarticular and popliteal  vascular calcifications
    After cemented total knee arthroplasty there is a good reconstruction of articular surface
 

  and complete correction of the femuro-tibial axis.
